Tips

These are a few tips put together by various people, hope they help. Don't hesitate to send in more.

-think about what makes your happiest and then put yourself in those situations.

-put on a really feel-good upbeat song and force yourself to jump about to it

-write in a journal

-surround yourself with people who support you

-try thinking back to before you cut and start doing the things that made/make you happy.

-cut up paper instead

-take a cold shower, when/if your have a 'craving' or feel like you need to cut right at that moment

-sit in a room where you don't think there might be anything sharp and wrap your arms around your legs
